Terms & Conditions
In order to protect our customers and ourselves, the following terms and conditions apply to orders placed online or by phone. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
You are the authorized cardholder. If your shipping address is DIFFERENT than your billing address, you may use paypal, provided that you register the shipping address with paypal, and that the ship to address on the paypal form matches the ship to address on our form. We will not ship to any address that cannot be confirmed by the card issuing bank or paypal.
Unopened, unused items may be returned at your expense with prior authorization within 14 days of the order date, with the exception of bulk items (12 or more), or special ordered items. 20% restocking fees apply, plus any shipping cost we incurred beyond what you paid, plus our cost to send the item back to our supplier's warehouse (direct to warehouse returns are not available). A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact us before the 14 day period ends. Authorized returns must be shipped within 48 hours. Return requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase might be accepted, but with a 50% restocking fee in addition to any and all other expenses associated with the return. We reserve the right to refuse return requests after 14 days from the purchase date. Abandoned or undeliverable items returned to us are subject to maximum fees and may not receive any refund, or may incur extra charges if return fees exceed the original invoice price. Please make sure your address will accept delivery by the post office and do not refuse any package. We encourage you to ask product questions and double check your order before submitting, in order to avoid potential returns.
If an order arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the shipper. All original packaging must be saved so it can be presented to the carrier. Digital pictures are helpful.
If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before purchasing any supplements. We don't want you to have bad interactions with medications and we do not have medical background to advise on this.
If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend buying only one.
Most packages are delivered by United States Postal Service. Please provide a shipping address that they can deliver to.
Please double check your address details before submitting. If the address has to be corrected by the carrier, a $10 fee applies. Any undeliverable or refused order is subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus our actual shipping costs to you and back, plus return shipping costs to our supplier.
Orders over 10 lbs may require additional shipping costs. If we are unable to ship at the standard rate, we will contact you before proceeding. Orders to HI and AK must fit into a box no larger than the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Medium Box.
All Casada Alphasonic massage chairs are delivered by freight carrier. Customer will be given tracking information and must be present for delivery. Delivery of massage chair will be as close as the driver can get to the front door with a hand truck. Driver will not enter the premises or set up the chair. All Casada Alphasonic massage chair sales are final. Product is covered by manufacturer's warranty as noted in product description. In the event that a Casada Alphasonic massage chair order is refused or undeliverable, customer will pay all freight costs back and forth, as well as restocking fees.
If you forget an item and wish to add something, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly and many are drop-shipped from our supplier's warehouse and cannot be modified or cancelled after we submit them. Once we receive your order, we may not be able to make changes or cancel.
Most orders will be left in your mailbox or at your front door. We are not responsible for theft or vandalism once your package is shown as delivered by the carrier's tracking info. If you do not want your package left without a signature, please add signature delivery service to your cart. If you type the word Signature in the search box, you will see this item. There is a $3.00 surcharge for deliveries with signature required, and this option may delay delivery of your order. Stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded. Quantity discounts only apply to orders shipped to a single address.
Packages are not insured against damage caused by cold or hot weather. Coatings on snack bars may melt in hot weather, liquids and softgels may freeze in cold weather. We store them in temperature controlled warehouses, so they leave in good condition. No returns or refunds are permitted if in the rare occurence, weather damage occurs.
Orders generally take 1 business day to process. For faster delivery, you may select expedited shipping. Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. We process orders immediately, but cannot be responsible for delays caused by bad weather. Orders cancelled due to weather delays are subject to the cancellation fees listed above. We ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex, at our option. If you choose expedited delivery and order before 11am Mon-Fri and the order does not arrive in 5 business days or less, we will refund the difference between the standard rate and expedited rate. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, or orders received after 11am are counted as being received the following business day.
Registered users will be able to login to view tracking information for their package. Guest users are opting out of this feature, but may email us for tracking details.
