Terms & Conditions

In order to protect our customers and ourselves, the following terms and conditions apply to orders placed online or by phone.  By placing an order, you agree to the following:

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, EVEN IF THEY ARE UNOPENED.

You are the authorized cardholder.  If your shipping address is DIFFERENT than your billing address, you may use paypal, provided that you register the shipping address with paypal, and that the ship to address on the paypal form matches the ship to address on our form.  We will not ship to any address that cannot be confirmed by the card issuing bank or paypal.

We process orders quickly, and order from our local suppliers daily if we need to restock an item to fill your order.  If an order has not been submitted to  and you request cancellation, a 3% transaction fee will be withheld, as our card processor and paypal charge us 3%, even if an item is refunded later.  

Abandoned or undeliverable items returned to us are subject to maximum fees and may not receive any refund, or may incur extra charges if return fees exceed the original invoice price.  Please make sure your address will accept delivery by the post office and do not refuse any package.  We encourage you to ask product questions and double check your order before submitting, in order to avoid potential returns.

If an order arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the shipper.  All original packaging must be saved so it can be presented to the carrier.  Digital pictures of the original packaging and the actual damage are required.  You will need to retain the damaged items in their original packaging until our claim with the shipper is complete.  Without these guidelines followed, we cannot replace or refund a damaged shipment.

If you have a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing, please consult your doctor and/or pharmacist before purchasing any supplements.  We don't want you to have bad interactions with medications and we do not have medical background to advise on this.

If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend buying only one. 

Most packages are delivered by United States Postal Service.  Please provide a shipping address that they can deliver to.  Carriers will provide you with an estimated delivery date once we provide tracking information.  Sometimes it takes a day for their systems to update tracking details after being picked up from us.  We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, and orders may not be cancelled or refused if they do not arrive by the original estimated date.

Please double check your address details before submitting.  If the address has to be corrected by the carrier, a $10 fee applies.  Any undeliverable or refused order will receive zero refund. Unauthorized returns will receive zero refund.

Orders over 10 lbs may require additional shipping costs.  If we are unable to ship at the standard rate, we will contact you before proceeding. Orders to HI and AK must fit into a box no larger than the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Medium Box.

If you forget an item and wish to add something, please contact us immediately.  We process orders quickly and  may not be able to make changes or cancel.

Most orders will be left in your mailbox or at your front door.  We are not responsible for theft or vandalism once your package is shown as delivered by the carrier's tracking info.  If you do not want your package left without a signature, please add signature delivery service to your cart.  If you type the word Signature in the search box, you will see this item.  There is a $3.00 surcharge for deliveries with signature required, and this option may delay delivery of your order.  Stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded.  Quantity discounts only apply to orders shipped to a single address.

Packages are not insured against damage caused by cold or hot weather.  Coatings on snack bars may melt in hot weather, liquids and softgels may freeze in cold weather.  Gummies and chocolate may melt.  We store them in temperature controlled warehouses, so they leave in good condition.  No returns or refunds are permitted if in the rare occurence, weather damage occurs.

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process.    We process orders immediately, but cannot be responsible for delays caused by bad weather or other carrier issues.  Orders cancelled due to weather delays are subject to the cancellation fees listed above.  We ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex, at our option.   Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, or orders received after 11am are counted as being received the following business day.

Registered users will be able to login to view tracking information for their package.  Guest users are opting out of this feature, but may email us for tracking details.
