This blend combines unrefined virgin black cumin seed oil with virgin flax seed oil, delivering both thymoquinone from black seed and the omega-3 fatty acids flax is known for. Take it by the spoonful, add a few drops to a morning beverage, or place it directly on the tongue.

Suggested Use
