Camu camu is a wild berry that grows along rivers and lakes in the Amazon basin of Peru, Brazil and Venezuela. It ranks among the highest recorded natural sources of vitamin C, ahead of oranges, lemons and acerola, and also supplies natural rutin and bioflavonoids that work alongside vitamin C.

Camu Camu Mega-C Colorado is made from the whole berry. The fruit is harvested at maturity, puréed skin and all, and gently dehydrated in stainless steel dryers into a dark, reddish-brown powder with a wild berry, orange-lemon flavor, then packed in vegetarian capsules.
