Also known as Shui De An. In Traditional Chinese Medicine a “disturbed Shen” means an unsettled spirit. Good Sleep nourishes the Heart, calms the Spirit and clears Heat from the Heart, gently soothing occasional restlessness and supporting a sense of well-being.

The formula contains no heavy mineral ingredients such as lodestone, oyster shell or cinnabar, which appear in some other Chinese sleep formulas.

Suggested Use
3 tablets, every three or four hours; or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
