SOD Power™ as GliSODin® is an innovative form of superoxide dismutase (SOD), an important enzyme in the body for protecting the body's cells and tissues from free radical damage. SOD Power is 100 percent vegetarian and is comprised of gliadin, a wheat protein extract, and a melon extract containing SOD. Preliminary evidence suggests that the gliadin may protect the SOD enzymes from degradation in the digestive tract and may support an increase in circulating antioxidants.
