Directions
For adults and children over 2 years old with adult supervision:
- Cut or tear pouch open and remove patch.
- Remove plastic backing from the patch.
- Apply to clothing around the chest (avoid using on delicate materials).
- Do not apply to skin.
- Use one patch at a time, for 2–8 hours, as needed.
- Breathe normally for oils to be inhaled.
- Remove patch from clothing and dispose of it so that children and pets cannot reach it.
