Alpinola Oil combines eight essential oils — pine, peppermint, eucalyptus, cajuput, myrrh, wintergreen, juniper berry and clove — into an invigorating blend with delicate notes of mint, pine and eucalyptus. The oils in this blend are traditionally used to help clear the nasal passages, ease coughing and loosen mucus, and to soothe sore muscles and joints when massaged in with a carrier oil.*

Suggested Use
- Inhalation: Rub 3–5 drops between your palms, cup hands to your face and breathe deeply and slowly 4–5 times; repeat as needed. Or place 5–10 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and keep it nearby.
- Steam inhalation: Add 15–20 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe deeply with eyes closed. Start with half the amount the first time.
- Aromatherapy: Use in an essential oil diffuser or humidifier according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or on a terra cotta diffuser. Do not candle-burn.
- Massage: Mix 15–20 drops with ½ cup of a carrier oil such as coconut, olive or sunflower oil and massage onto sore muscles and joints.
- Bath or soak: Add 15–20 drops to a warm bath, or mix 15–30 drops into a cup of Epsom salt and dissolve in a bath or foot bath.
Caution
For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are sensitive to the oil, dilute it with a carrier oil before applying to skin.
